Management
The Management major prepares students to be effective managers capable of adding value to a wide range of organizations and business contexts. Students learn versatile skills such as problem solving, communication, cross-functional thinking, leadership, ethics, and teamwork. This program involves course work in the traditional functional areas of business, as well as management courses that provide the appropriate approaches and development skills to lead people and manage projects.

Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Technology Management (EIT)
The EIT option prepares students to take an entrepreneurial approach to building and enhancing organizations. This option is also great for students who intend to run their own businesses.
Human Resources Management (MHR)
The purpose of the MHR option is to provide general managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to systematically manage people and human resource processes to help to achieve group and organizational effectiveness.
Management Consulting & Analysis (MCA)
The MCA option provides students with a solid background and cutting鈥恊dge skills that will further strengthen their ability to succeed in their careers in general management consulting.
