Jessica Braden, '09
Jessica earned her bachelor鈥檚 degree with dual options in Property Management and Housing in 2009. She is currently the Director of Asset Management for Community Housing Partners. CHP has invested $280 million in rental real estate development to create homes for low-income families and individuals.

Jenna Hall, '22
During Jenna鈥檚 time at 午夜影院福利社, she completed many internships. She had the opportunity to work with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, Weinstein Properties, as well as was a Student Assistant for the Apparel, Housing and Resource Management department at 午夜影院福利社. Following graduation, Jenna will be an Assistant Property Manager for Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer and a lease-up (new construction development).
Dalton Hart, 鈥�24
Being a first-generation student, Dalton found a great support system at 午夜影院福利社, which really allowed him to excel forward and complete a dual degree in Property Management and Residential Environments and Design. His biggest piece of advice to anyone coming into university with similar circumstances is to do as much as you absolutely can and never limit yourself on what opportunities you can acquire. Dalton is now an Assistant Property Manager with Legend Management Group in Dulles, Virginia.

Beyond the Classroom
Experiential Learning
Gain first-hand industry experience with our collaborative partners located in metropolitan centers around the country. These opportunities offer you real-world experience, valuable career contacts, and a place to explore different real estate markets around the country. These positions are often compensated, and housing is typically provided.听听
The career fair provides an opportunity for you to connect with industry professionals regarding internships, summer employment, and full-time careers. The fair is held each March and is attended by 24 management firms, with an additional waiting list of eager employers.
Study Abroad听
Students will benefit from the home base of studios, classrooms, and housing of the Santa Reparata International School of Art (SRISA) in Florence, Italy.
Through this experiential learning environment, students will increase their knowledge of design, sustainability, marketing, consumerism, housing and management practices in Italy as compared to the U.S.
They will be able to identify unique characteristics of Italian history and culture. The 4-week program gives students the ability to live like locals, compare studio experiences in the U.S. and Italy, travel through Tuscany and Italy, and experience Italy as a student of design, consumerism, and management.
Members of the Property Management Advisory Board, along with numerous other organizations and individuals, have generously donated funds for scholarships. We have awarded more than $675,000 to students.
